How to place an order at a settlement
by check?

During a payment by check you must send your check within 7 days after the order accompany the order. The check should be in the name of the person making the order. The check will be cashed upon receipt. The deadline for receipt starts cashing your check.

Back Product, how?

The client decides he no longer wants the goods and decided to return.

Return request:

1) Log on your account page on the merchant site.

2) On the home page of your account, click History and details of your order (or equivalent) to view your orders.

3) In the Line of Control that contains the product you want to go back click on details.

4) In order details, check the products you want to return.

5) In the box quantities, how many products you want to return.

6) In the box returns, indicate the reason for return products.

7) Click on Generate a return

8) After receiving the returned merchandise by the customer, we inspect the merchandise and determine if we make an exchange or refund.
